Physiotherapy in Motion offers Mobile Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology Appointments servicing Perth Metro and Surrounding suburbs.
We offer mobile appointments at home, school, local gym and within the community. We offer comprehensive individualised assessments, diagnosis and treatment plans.
We are able to provide comprehensive individualised programs for Hydrotherapy, Exercise Rehabilitation Programs, Gross Motor Skill Development and Falls Prevention. We can assist with the required NDIS reporting and AT applications and will work collaboratively with the other health professionals in your team to ensure continuity of care so that you can reach your potential.
We are able to provide ongoing education, assist with pain management, prescription of home exercise programs, assess and make recommendations for mobility and equipment and give information and advice on how to access programs within the community.
We currently service the Perth Metro Area and surrounding suburbs for participants who are self and plan managed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor Science (Anatomical Science) – UWA
- Graduate Diploma Exercise Physiology – Notre Dame
- Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) – Curtin
Jade is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Physiotherapist.
Jade is able to offer assessment and diagnosis, individualised programs for clients which can include Hydrotherapy, Exercise/Gym Programs, Gross Motor Skill Development and Falls Prevention.
Jade can assist with the required NDIS reporting and AT application and has experience working collaboratively with other health professionals in your team to ensure continuity of care so that you can reach your potential.
Jade loves working with children and is very passionate about making a difference in the lives of her patients.
Jess
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (Exercise and Health Science) – UWA
- Bachelor of Exercise Rehabilitation Science – UWA
- Pilates – Art of Motion
Jess has over ten years’ experience working as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Pilates Instructor.
Over the years Jess has gained experience working with a wide variety of patients with musculoskeletal injuries, chronic disease and mental health. She has worked with paediatric and adult populations and is passionate about educating and empowering people to engage in exercise.
In her spare time Jess keeps busy with her two young boys and enjoys camping, going to the beach or anything involving the outdoors.
Amy
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (Exercise and Rehabilitation)- ECU
- Diploma and Certificate IV in Sport Development
- Swimming Instructor
- Ice Skating Coach
Amy is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Amy has a range of experience working with both paediatric and adult populations in 1-1 and group environments.
Amy is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and being able to actively support them.
Amy enjoys being active and competed in synchronised ice skating for over 7 years.
Amy enjoys the water and teaching people how to swim.
Poppy
Qualifications
- Therapy dog
Poppy is a 6 year old Chocolate Labrador and therapy dog!
Poppy is able to attend Physiotherapy appointments for animal assisted therapy.
Poppy is very calm and affectionate and loves pats!
In her spare time she loves a walk down the park or a swim at the beach.

Our Exercise Physiology session can include:

- Sport specific skill development
- Exercises specific to improving mobility
- Balance and proprioception
- Weight Loss
- Strength development
- Gross Motor Skill Development
- Education and pain management

How can you access our services?
If you are a private patient or have an MVA or workers compensation claim and wish to make a booking, you can contact us directly.
Both Jade and Jess are registered with the appropriate governing bodies and can issue health insurance rebates under Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology for private patients.
If you are interested in accessing the NDIS services and don’t currently have a plan you can find out more information here – ndis.gov.au.
If you have a current plan that is self or plan managed we can arrange an initial appointment to further discuss how we may best be able to support your needs. You can contact us directly.
If you are NDIS managed, you may request to change to plan/self managed or you can contact the NDIS directly for providers in your local area.
